Your psychic clairsentient powers are very similar to that of psychometry, which involves being able to touch a person or object and sense an energy of the individual, place or thing. Those with clairsentient abilities are considered to be empathetic people who are able to feel light, heavy, smooth, gentle, prickly, peaceful, good and bad feelings. The whole concept of clairsentience deals with feelings you have involving an idea, object or person. This may not seem too familiar, but you may be using these abilities on a daily basis. For instance, say you’re planning to do something this weekend and you get a really bad feeling that makes you sick to the stomach. You decide to ignore it and then on your way to the event, you’re in a car accident, which would’ve been avoided if you listened to that gut feeling.
This happens to many people, probably not as dramatically as the former example, but until they realize that their instincts are trying to tell them something, they continue to get into bad situations. Some experts believe that we were all born with clairsentients, otherwise called instinct. Mothers are known for having maternal instincts for their children and even twins are known for having clairsentient feelings involving one another.
Since we are all born with this psychic ability, it is up to us to regulate and protect the talent of sensing emotions and moods. In order to restore your psychic ability, you must reconnect with it. Listen to it. It may be faint now, but it’s still there. As you listen to it more and more, it will become louder and easier to read. Your internal feelings, sensations and impressions are instilled in you to keep you and others around you safe. You will be able to make better decisions in all aspects of your life, including relationships, friendships, career and spirituality if you take the time to develop your psychic powers.
