The Power of Mind Aura Reading

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

The power of mind and its ability to see auras is one of the many benchmarks for testing whether or not you have innate psychic powers. Learning to see and read auras is a good beginning exercise for those learning to develop stronger psychic talents. Once you have begun to see auras, you can start learning about what different colors mean. For example, a red aura tends to mean the person is stressed out or frustrated.

A good exercise for trying to see auras starts with you lying in bed and trying to see your own aura through the power of mind. The room should be very dark, but not pitch black. A darkened bedroom will likely be both dark enough and have enough light to suit the purpose. Hold your hands straight out in front of you. If you are lying on your back, this means to put them in the air. Gaze at your hands, but do not stare. Instead of an intent focus on your hands, you should place your attention on the ceiling or wall, so that your hands are still visible, but more of an afterthought. Close your hand, but keep your pointer fingers extended. Point these fingers towards each other and slowly move them close together.

The aura should appear between the fingers just as they barely touch one another, often as stripes of red and blue light. Once you see this spark of your own aura, try swapping out different fingers for the exercise. As you draw your fingers apart, you should see beams of energy connecting your fingers. Tell your mind to visualize this energy across your whole body as you continue to move your fingertips together and apart. As you become stronger in this activity, you may begin to notice similar lights surrounding people’s heads, where the aura glows most strongly. This is a manifestation of the power of mind and your ability to read auras.

There are as many aura colors as there are colors in the rainbow. More, in fact. While a red aura signals ire, a pink one is often an indicator of pregnancy. Perhaps a pregnant woman’s glow is her pink aura. An orange aura mixes the strong emotion of red with the cheerfulness of a yellow aura to create a state of spiritual cleansing. Writers and mediums often have blue auras, as blue indicates a desire to learn more or explore. Keep up the study of auras and you are bound to notice an increase in the power of mind.

The Power of Mind Automatic Writing

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

The power of mind and psychic abilities that you innately have are staggering. Among many others, automatic writing is an interesting talent to look into. The process of automatic writing creates a piece of written work that does not stem from your conscious mind. Performed mostly in a trance state, the writer’s hands might create the work, but the writer’s conscious mind had nothing to do with it. Preparing for and performing automatic can be an interesting activity that will not only provide insights into your subconscious mind, but you might also create a nice piece of writing.

In the past, automatic writing has been performed in a variety of methods, including the occult setting of a dark room with a lit candle between the writer and a mirror. For your automatic writing you will not need such an elaborate setup, just the power of mind to focus yourself and put your brain to work. Begin, as with any psychic exercise, by getting comfortable and relaxed. In this case, you will sit at your computer. Being tired might actually work in your favor, as your mind and body are both looser and naturally relaxed.

Your computer will act as the guide between your conscious and subconscious minds. You can choose to write logical thoughts, the date or nonsense words scribbled across your screen. This can be a sort of warm up for your exercise, and you may find it helpful to have some words already on screen when you begin your automatic writing session.

Lightly touch your fingertips to the keyboard, resting them on the keys. Close your eyes and call up the guide you hope to leave you a message. If your goal is to find an answer to a problem, try asking the question to yourself. As many believe automatic writing is a form of mediumship, you may need to ask your guides several questions before he or she answers you.

This is a good way to get to know both your guide and the power of mind you are working with. If you are having trouble locating a guide for automatic writing, try meditating. Once you feel connected, try focusing your attention inside your head, repeating whatever your goal for the writing session may be. If you come out of your trance to find unfamiliar words on your computer screen, you have achieved your automatic writing goal. Otherwise, you may want to continue exercising to maximize the power of mind.

The Power of Mind Clairaudience

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

The power of mind or psychic talents are something you might consider unavailable to you. However, it is definitely time to reconsider that notion. The less known psychic power of clairaudience, or psychic hearing, is able to be developed with practice and exercises. These exercises can also boost more than just clairaudience, but other clairvoyant skills as well. Try out several exercises to enhance your clairaudience in different ways. Some are likely going to be better for you than others, so whatever works best for you will have the most impact.

To begin exercising the power of mind clairaudience, close your eyes and imagine your mind as having ears. If it helps, imagine them on the right and left sides of your head, where the ears are on the body. Imagine these ears searching for auditory messages. You may not hear anything at first, but keep trying.

It might be helpful to meditate beforehand, to clear your mind and help you relax. You might not know what to expect to hear, and that is a perfectly natural. Clairaudience could be words spoken by a familiar voice, or something vague, like a sound. Just keep listening.

Another listening exercise you can try is something you can do every night while you’re in bed, trying to fall asleep. While most people tune out any background noise such as street noise or maybe a television, if you tune into those you can potentially enhance the power of mind clairaudience. When you willfully choose not to hear these sounds, you might be dimming your own inner voice as a consequence.

Instead, try listening to the sounds, pulling them toward you. This will open your mind to hearing psychic sounds. The challenge after that is figuring out which sounds you were hearing with your ears, and which noises are coming to you from the psychic world. One way you can begin distinguishing between the types of sounds is by noting which sounds are familiar to you and which are foreign or strange.

There is likely going to be some overlap, but when you extend your mind in such a manner, you make yourself more vulnerable to psychic sounds. Once you feel that you have gotten a good psychic ear ready, you will likely pick up on such sounds throughout the day. Try opening your mind to receiving clairaudient messages throughout the day. You might pick up some good advice, or you can simply enjoy clairaudience, an example of the power of mind.

Power Your Mind for Telepathy

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

Power your mind for telepathy and notice a substantial growth in this mind power. Quite frequently, exercises to foster the growth of your telepathic skill involve the use of Zener cards. These are a set of cards, each displaying one of five unique, easily distinguishable symbols on its face such as simple shapes like a square, a circle or even a star.

Whether you choose to practice local or distance telepathy, the card method is a popular choice, because it has been proven to be effective. You will need a partner to perform these exercises, as you are not only trying to receive psychic messages, but you also are looking to send them.

To practice local telepathy, you and your partner should be in the same room. Assign the roles of sender and receiver. As you continue to practice this exercise, try swapping roles with your partner, so that you increase both sending and receiving. It is best to sit facing away from one another. This way you will not pick up on any body language, nor will your partner see the card you have drawn.

The sender should begin by shuffling the cards and then draw them one by one, placing them face up so they are visible. The sender should record the card by writing the symbol down on a piece of paper before focusing an image of the symbol toward the receiver. The sender should give a signal that he is ready to transmit. If you are the receiver, you will engage or power your mind upon this signal and prepare to attain a psychic image.

The receiver then announces his guess so that the sender can record it to tally results. It is very important for the receiver to go with the first inclination that comes to mind and not to second guess himself. If your score is low at first, it is not an indication of a lack of psychic talent. Consider a low score inspiration and motivation to power your mind for progress.

Once you are satisfied with your local telepathy abilities, you can try telepathy over distance. You can try this method by means of the telephone. The actual distance does not matter very much at all, but if you feel more comfortable testing your distance telepathy with someone who lives in the same town than someone who lives across the country, by all means stick to your comfort zone. You can always step up.

Distance telepathy can be practiced with an identical method as local, except you are communicating over the telephone. Preferably a speakerphone so that the apparatus does not distract you. This is another great way to keep up the good work and power your mind.

Power Your Mind for Telekinesis

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

Power your mind for telekinesis, and do it in fun, interesting ways that you can try out in the comfort of your own home. From learning to push objects with psychic energy to visualization techniques to help you master telekinesis, you can work through various techniques to make your psychic abilities continuously stronger. As you get stronger in your skills, you can enjoy moving larger and larger objects with your mind.

A good way to begin exercising your telekinesis abilities is to start with small objects. This may not be all that impressive, but you have to build up to larger objects. Begin by selecting something lightweight such as a paperclip, bottle cap or something around the same weight. You will likely want to meditate and fill your body with energy before continuing. Place your chosen object on an uncluttered surface with little friction. Linoleum works well, whereas carpeting would be a bad choice.

Place the small object in front of you and focus your eyes on it. Next, close your eyes and visualize the item with your third eye. Utilize the power your mind possesses to blend your mind’s energy with your object. When you feel that your energy has overtaken the object, tell it to move left. You can also try moving it to the right, towards you, or away from you. Be prepared for it to move only very slightly at first. As your telekinesis strengthens, you can expect your object to move further. Once you have achieved a noticeable movement in this small object, you can progress to larger items.

Power your mind through other methods as well, such as with a drop of oil floating in a bowl of water. You may want to put some food coloring in the oil so that you can see it more clearly against the water. Similar to how you attempted to move the paperclip with your mind, you will want to focus on the oil floating on top of the water. Picture it in your mind, and then imagine it moving across the surface of the water.

Yet another activity you can try is to take a sewing needle and pin it into cardboard. Set the cardboard in front of you so that the needle stands straight up. Cut out a four inch circle, using a compass to help you draw a perfectly round circle, and balance it on top of the needle. The slightest movement could knock the circle from its pedestal, which makes for some great evidence and testing to power your mind.

Power Your Mind for Psychometry

by on Dec.26, 2009, under Psychic

Power your mind for psychometry first by learning which hand is more susceptible to receiving psychic energy from your token objects. Psychometry is a psychic talent that allows you to see an item’s history which includes who touched it, where it has been, etc. You may start by seeing the briefest of flashes, but with exercises to build your psychic talent, you can grow to see more and more of any item’s history.

Most of the time, whatever hand you use as your dominant hand is not your psychically receptive hand, meaning most right-handed people’s left hand is most receptive. To make sure, you can test your hands. Hold your hands at chest level, fingers pointing up and your palms facing one another. You should then rub your hands together very slightly to stimulate the energy. Move your hands together and apart to make the energy flow more apparent. You should be able to feel which hand is emitting a stronger psychic energy. This hand is your receptor for the psychometry exercises.

When choosing your exercise with which to practice psychometry, you can either choose to power your mind individually, or to practice with a group. For an individual practice, begin sitting with your eyes closed. Place your hands in your lap with the palms facing up and as you would do with any psychic work, get into a meditative, psychically receptive state of mind.

Even though this is a practice for one person, have a friend hand you an object they have owned for a long time. This ensures that you can find out at least some of the object’s history. You should hold this item in your receptive hand. Allow your mind to open up and focus your energy on the object. Any sort of feeling, thought or idea you have could be a psychometric vision. Check your findings with your friend.

For a group exercise in psychometry, begin by having everyone place an item on a large table so that the objects don’t touch each other. It’s important that the objects remain independent of each other so that the psychic energy remains distinct for each object. Then each person will then take an object that is not theirs to test. Hold the item in your receptive hand until you receive some vision or notion about the object. It might help you to ask a question of the object. All the participants should announce their findings, with the object’s owner confirming or denying the visions.

Even if you do not think you saw a vision, you likely had some sort of feeling. Even if all you sense from the object is an emotion or something as simple as a color, you should share that. Even the smallest of visions will help both yourself and the rest of the group in terms of psychometric skills. Every little notion is a sign that you can power your mind

The Power of Mind Intuition

by on Dec.25, 2009, under Psychic

The power of mind is likely no stranger to you, even if you are unaware of your own psychic talents. You may have heard of intuition, but you might not have thought of it as a psychic talent. Intuition is often thought of in the psychic community as the ability to acquire knowledge without the use of reason or logic. Many guessing games children play are reliant upon intuitive skills. You can practice and enhance your own intuition through practice and by playing guessing games of your own.

The power of mind intuition can effectively and enjoyably enhanced though guessing games. One game you can play is, before you open your mailbox, try to predict how many pieces of mail will be waiting for you.

Once you feel confident in this skill, you can then break it down into what types of mail you’ll receive. How many bills? Junk mail? Around birthdays and holidays you are likely to receive cards, which should factor into your guess. No matter what kind of game you choose to enhance your intuition in this manner, be sure not to second guess yourself, as that can detract from your intuitive development.

When developing intuition, or nearly any psychic skill, it is important to be able to read the energy around you. One exercise you can try to help increase the energy sensitivity in your hands with the power of mind is to turn your hand so that the palm faces you, and scan your body. Start at the top of your head, and pass the palm of your hand in front of your body, down to around the waist.

Take note of areas that feel different. For example, you might feel a temperature shift, a tingling sensation, or the air might even feel denser. Heat and density tend to signal energy blockages. Sensing these energy areas will make you more in tune with the energy both inside you and also all around you.

Many people believe that learning to draw will enhance your intuitive skills. By learning to perceive edges, spaces, and how to render light and shadows gets your left brain and right brain working together. You are also manipulating the way your brain processes information. Surprisingly, taking art classes and taking up a new hobby can be a fantastic way to work on your intuitive skills. Combining artistic talents with fun and easy guessing games are great, creative ways to boost your intuition and the power of mind.

Power Your Mind for Clairvoyance

by on Dec.25, 2009, under Psychic

To power your mind for clairvoyance, you will have to practice frequently, if not daily. Clairvoyance is commonly referred to as the “sixth sense,” and it uses means beyond the five senses to obtain some sort of information. It is often confused with precognition, which is seeing an event before it happens. This is not to say that clairvoyance does not reveal future information. It is just not exclusive to that. By making a few lifestyle choices and performing some fun exercises, you can easily enhance your clairvoyant skills over time.

Believing in your talents really is the first step. Without the confidence of believing in yourself, it is unlikely that you will experience a noticeable growth in your psychic talents. You will also want to believe in your gut instincts, as these are frequently psychic bursts you can use to power your mind. In addition to believing in yourself, you will also want to maintain or introduce a regular, if not daily meditation routine. Meditating keeps you in touch with the inner workings of your mind, and can only help increase the strength of your psychic talents.

Power your mind for clairvoyance, with an exercise beginning by obtaining a round piece of glass. The size does not really matter, but a concave piece of glass works best for this activity. Paint the glass black with matte paint. This creates a black mirror. Black mirrors, in the past, have been used by many landscape artists to depict their subject matter more subjectively by removing everything but the color and tonality from the scenery. You will use it to scry. Find a place where you can sit in complete silence and gaze into your black mirror.

This will be most effective if you lightly glance into the mirror as opposed to staring in it intensely. The reason why is that if you should focus more heavily on the glass, your mind will be less open to receiving psychic messages. You should be in a dream-like state, but quite awake. You should concentrate, but not to the point where your mind is full. After some time you should see images in your mirror. This could be a vision of something to come, or something that has already occurred. What you see in the mirror might also be symbolic instead of a literal depiction of an event. With consistent practice with the mirror you should develop clairvoyance that will power your mind.

Mind Subconscious Pranic Healing

by on Dec.25, 2009, under Wellness

The mind subconscious has many abilities to facilitate. Some of them focus psychic abilities on the outside world, and some of these powers stay within the body. Pranic healing is a method of energy healing, not unlike Reiki. Originated by religious leader Choa Kok Sui, the pranic healing practice is now a worldwide method. The technique should be performed by a licensed pranic healing practitioner, but it works by directing the flow of healing energy, or prana, to create physical and mental healing in the patient.

Prana is the energy or life force that keeps you alive and healthy. A pranic healer projects prana, basically injecting the patient with life. This process allows the patient to be healed. If you have ever seen or heard about miraculous healing, it was likely some version of pranic healing or Reiki. Basically, pranic healing aims to correct imbalanced energy and to cure a sick aura, which can help to heal both mind subconscious and body.

The functions of pranic healing are governed by two laws: The law of self recovery and the law of life energy. The first, the law of self recovery, states In general, the body is capable of healing itself at a certain rate. If a person has a wound or a burn, the body will heal itself and recover within a few days or a week.

According to this belief, even if you do not apply antibiotic on the wound or burn, the body will repair or heal itself. This law continues to provide that even though there is no treatment for such issues as a cold, the body heals itself after being infected with the virus. The law of life energy asserts that prana or life energy must be present for life to exist. It continues to say that healing can be accelerated when this energy is flowing through the mind subconscious and the entire body.

While you might believe that pranic energy has a supernatural basis, it actually functions along the same lines as many well known scientific principles. The energy from light causes a chemical reaction in photography. Just as energy is a catalyst in chemical reactions, pranic energy speeds up healing when focused on the injured part of your body. According to practitioners, when you receive a full body session of pranic healing, you will not only have your wound or injury healed quicker, but you will also have a replenished life energy running from the outside of your body all the way into your mind subconscious.

Mind Subconscious Hypnosis

by on Dec.25, 2009, under Meditation

Mind subconscious abilities are fascinating and powerful, but they can be very challenging to master. These subconscious and psychic abilities can range from psychokinesis to clairvoyance, but if you find yourself unable to tap into these talents, you might feel that you are at a loss. This is not necessarily the case. Have you tried hypnotizing yourself? Whether you work with a professional hypnotist or try out some ways to hypnotize yourself, when you are in a hypnotic state, you are able to tap into your subconscious mind while awake.

You have very likely seen hypnotism on television or in movies, and you might be wondering how watching a pocket watch swing back and forth will help you tap into the mind subconscious. There is much more to hypnotism than making someone quack like a duck on command. Hypnotism is sometimes used in therapy sessions to help get to blocked memories. It is a system of instructions and suggestions that puts you in a focused state of wakefulness in which you are more suggestible and your awareness is lessened. In this state you can better reach into your mind subconscious.

To hypnotize yourself, ensure that you can remain undisturbed for at least half an hour, but an hour would be better. Get yourself comfortable and turn off your cell phone. Dim the lighting. Be sure not to cross your legs. Close your eyes and take several slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. You can even whisper the word “relax” with each exhalation. Imagine yourself at the foot of a staircase or in a hallway, with a door at the other end. With every breath, picture yourself one step closer to the door. Keep the breathing up until you get to the top of the staircase or the end of the hallway. Open the door and imagine your ideal relaxation place. This could be a real place you know well, or a completely fictional place. Imagine as many senses into this vision as possible. If you picture a garden, do you smell flowers? Do you hear birds singing? Even try to picture some tastes or touch sensations.

Being in this ideal state of relaxation helps you reach hypnotism. As you explore this mental space, you are not only relaxing, but also stepping closer and closer to a hypnotic state. You might not reach it on the first try, but with practice you can hypnotize yourself and boost the powers of the mind subconscious.
