Telekinesis, also known as psychokinesis, PK or TK, is the ability of the mind to influence a physical system. Examples include moving or distorting objects, influencing the output of random number generators, and other manifestations of mind over matter.
The concept behind PK or TK is that since everything is made of energy, that we can use our mental energy to move or influence objects by having our energy connect with the energy of the object.
PK or TK involves the ability to concentrate and use your mental energy to influence objects. So the first step to develop PR is to improve upon your ability to concentrate before you try to move objects.
A great way to develop your ability to concentrate is to get into a comfortable space, relax, close your eyes, and concentrate on an object for five minutes either by looking at it or in your minds eye. This is difficult to do, as our mind naturally wanders. But once you have developed the ability to concentrate on one object for this amount of time, you are ready to try to move objects. Start out with small and simple items and work your way up to larger ones.
Envision the energy field around the object and become one with it. Then envision your energy field and the objects energy field joining. Then see if you can use your energy field to move the object. This is done by looking at the object or envisioning the object doing what you want it to do in your mind.
There are various types of telekinesis. One form is called Micro-PK. This involves having a very small effect on molecules and sub-atomic particles. This can only be observed through instruments such as an electron microscope.
On the other side of the coin, there is something called Macro-PK, that involves a large-scale effect and can certainly be seen without the aid of viewing instruments.
Another form of PK or TK can be called spontaneous. This entails the spontaneous movement of objects through unexplainable sources. Examples of this type of PK or TK are of objects levitating, flying off of walls, or otherwise moving without an apparent cause. Researchers call those suspected of instigating or causing spontaneous PK or TK to be PK agents.
A violent form of PK or TK, where someone is hit by an object, is scratched or experiences other marks on the body are thought to be caused by a poltergeist.
There is no scientific proof that PK or TK is real, as scientific evidence requires something to be repeatable under strict laboratory or experimental conditions. There have been studies that indicate small effects have been evidenced, but so far, irrefutable proof.
However, there is plenty of anecdotal evidence of its existence. And just because something cannot be proven, does not mean it does not exist. It is natural for humans to draw conclusions based on their personal reality. So I would say that the jury is still out on the reality of these phenomena. Besides, PK, as with all other psychic abilities are not necessarily repeatable on command.
So my conclusion is that it does not hurt to go through these concentration exercises. And see for yourself if you can influence objects. At the very least, you will develop your ability to concentrate better. And who can argue with that?
