How to Practice Telekinesis
A good way to begin exercising your telekinesis abilities is to start with small objects. This may not be all that impressive, but you have to build up to larger objects. Begin by selecting something lightweight such as a paperclip, bottle cap or something around the same weight. You will likely want to meditate and fill your body with energy before continuing. Place your chosen object on an uncluttered surface with little friction. Linoleum works well, whereas carpeting would be a bad choice.
Place the small object in front of you and focus your eyes on it. Next, close your eyes and visualize the item with your third eye. Utilize the power your mind possesses to blend your mind’s energy with your object. When you feel that your energy has overtaken the object, tell it to move left. You can also try moving it to the right, towards you, or away from you. Be prepared for it to move only very slightly at first. As your telekinesis strengthens, you can expect your object to move further. Once you have achieved a noticeable movement in this small object, you can progress to larger items.
Other Telekinesis Methods
Power your mind through other methods as well, such as with a drop of oil floating in a bowl of water. You may want to put some food coloring in the oil so that you can see it more clearly against the water. Similar to how you attempted to move the paperclip with your mind, you will want to focus on the oil floating on top of the water. Picture it in your mind, and then imagine it moving across the surface of the water.
Yet another activity you can try is to take a sewing needle and pin it into cardboard. Set the cardboard in front of you so that the needle stands straight up. Cut out a four inch circle, using a compass to help you draw a perfectly round circle, and balance it on top of the needle. The slightest movement could knock the circle from its pedestal, which makes for some great evidence and testing to power your mind.
