Your powers of ESP, or extrasensory perception, are an extraordinary ability. Many people relate ESP to having a sixth sense and we all know what that means. Thanks to the movie, “The Sixth Sense”, people are more aware that ESP allows people to see, feel, smell and hear things that aren’t detected by normal sensory perception. There is a debate that this phenomena doesn’t have to do with perception, as some have previously believed. In most cases it takes a corroborating occurrence to determine whether what was witnessed was really through ESP.

ESP has everything to do with everything psychic, including telepathy, telekinesis, clairvoyance, etc. Likely you too have witnessed some of your ESP powers, such as picking up a ringing phone and knowing who it is without looking at the caller I.D., or perhaps hearing the voice. Maybe you’ve had a dream of a person you haven’t seen or heard from in a while and then later that week you received a call or letter in the mail from that individual. These are both cases of extrasensory perception.
Many people are able to enhance their ESP by trying to guess things before they are revealed. You can build ESP training into your lifestyle by anticipating what others will say or do and then seeing how accurate you are. The more you speak with people and get involved with them, the more you’ll be able to “read” the. This could be due to simply knowing them better. But it could also be a result of your getting more ‘tuned in’ to their wavelength, aura and vibration.
Research has shown that everyone has some level of ESP. It is thought that children who use it throughout their childhood develop it to a stronger degreee by the time they reach adulthood. Those that don’t really use it, lose it, or it minimizes to a very low level. So if you’re looking to upgrade your ESP, practice it as often as possible and listen to your senses to make your powers stronger.
