Developing Real Telekinesis Skills – Part 2
As I discussed in my previous article, physicists have proven that electrons definitely act differently when they are observed. They appear as particles sometimes and waves at others. And it all is determined by whether they are observed or not. This is discussed at great length in the extended version of the movie What the Bleep?
Quantum physics has proven that by the mere act of observing an experiment with electrons that we have an effect on them. This is fantastic news. It means that we can control matter and energy by focusing our attention on it. At least to some extent.
So the answer to the question, can we control matter and energy with our mind seems to be a resounding yes. This is a repeatable, scientifically proven fact. The question on the table now is whether we can do the same with larger objects and energy.
I believe that we can. At least where it comes to psychic energy, otherwise known as motivation, will, chi, self actualization, etc. But since we are talking about telekinesis, we can stick to objects.
I believe that you can influence matter. How is it that we instinctively turn our body to influence for instance a golf ball in flight? Does this work? It seems that millions of us think so. Otherwise, why would we do it?
There is evidence that telekinesis can and does work for some, but not for others. So whether it works for you or not, the results of going through the exercises I am about to describe, are well worth it. At the very least, you will develop your skills of concentration, focus, motivation, and meditation.
So go into this with a positive mindset, believing that you can influence objects and perhaps you will develop this ability.
Here is how to develop telekinesis.
One, you need to believe you can. If you do not believe you can do this then tell yourself in your mind telekinesis is real and I can do telekinesis.
Two, you need to enhance your concentration skills. Here is a good exercise to enhance your concentration skills.
Stick a note on the wall in front of you at your eye level. Then, sit on a chair and concentrate on the paper. Do this for 15 minutes without any other thoughts coming into your mind. Yes, it is challenging, but so is any workout. This one happens to be a mental one. When a thought comes in, honor it and then simply go back to the paper on the wall.
Eventually, you will be able to concentrate on the paper for the fifteen minutes without interruption. Your goal is to become one with the object. Get in touch with it on the molecular level. Visualize your mind connecting with the atomic structure of the paper, its very essence.
Once you do that, go to the next level, which is to visualize the object moving. Visually feel it and move with it on the wall.
After you have made the effort to really connect with the paper on the wall and get in touch with it on a molecular level, it is time to move the paper in reality.
Take a small piece of paper, lay it on a table and fold the corners up. Now concentrate on the paper again, becoming one with it, taking slow, deep breaths, and visualize pushing the edges of the paper away from you. See if you can make it move. It may be difficult, as you are using muscles you have never used before.
A less ambitious approach is to try to move a toothpick that is floating in water. Place a toothpick in a bowl of water and try to make it move. Make sure you do not blow on it. This needs to be a real test of your real telekinetic powers.
You can use a feather and try to move the strands. Or you can try to roll a rounded pen on a table. Whatever you do, stay with the object day after day and keep trying to move it in the same fashion. You are trying to build up your psychic muscles and if you vary the approach, you are disbursing the energy.
So either become one with the object and see it move, visualize pushing it along, or however it comes naturally to you. But do the same thing over and over. It is like developing synapses in your mind, one by one, which eventually become groves in your head. Imagine those groves like muscles in your brain. So right now, there is flab. Give it time and concentrated effort and you will achieve results.
