This system is responsible for oxygen coming in and carbon dioxide leaving. Without getting a proper supply of oxygen, it could lead to stroke, brain damage and/or death. The respiratory system also allows us to talk. There are a hundred-billion cells within this system that provide oxygen to various parts of our body, most importantly, the brain.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I find health yoga to be one of the most astonishing forms of exercise. Using your own body to stay healthy is a lifestyle everyone should be a part of. The harmony of the mind, body and spirit is enlightening and no form of modern technology or medication can beat that. With yoga, you can manage your physical and emotional state by eliminating stress and pain. Ultimate relaxation can be obtained and your whole outlook on life can be changed and improved. It creates a better you from the inside out. The question shouldn’t be “why use health yoga?” it should be “why not use yoga?”
