Once connected, you should be able to feel the link between you.
The second method of connecting is through the chakras. To connect through this method, you should visualize an energy rope connecting between your chakras and those of the person you will be empathizing. The chakras should match up, meaning your crown chakra could match up with the crown chakra of your partner. For both the chakra connection and the merging visualization methods of connecting, it is important to disconnect after finishing your session of empathy. Otherwise, you could remain connected and keep experiencing empathic visions. To disconnect, simply visualize your connection dissipating. If you used the chakra method, imagine your energy ropes retreating back to you. Try empathetically connecting to as many people as possible via whichever method you prefer, and you should be able to foster a strong ability when you power your mind.
