Your psychic powers are more than its well-known aspects like telekinesis and clairvoyance. Being able to see auras is another aspect of psychic ability. Auras are subtle radiations of luminous energy that people who can use their third eye can see. Auras are known to appear in colors that signify different traits. Auras have appeared to many epilepsy and migraine patients, as well as people with certain brain disorders, but there are safer ways to charge your brain to see auras.
One way to test your ability to read auras is to set up a screen with various small holes or slats cut into it. Have a friend or family member and a mannequin on one side, and you stand on the other. Close your eyes and use your psychic talents to feel the aura coming off your exercise partner by identifying the living being. What? You don’t have a mannequin handy? Well you can have a person stand on one side or another and see if you can sense which side of the screen they are standing on.
Another exercise involves you being in a room or space that is dark on one side and well-lit on the other. You and a partner will point your fingers at one another, one of you on each side of the room. Concentrate on your fingertips and move your fingertips up and down, side to side. See if your psychic abilities will allow you to see beams of light emanating from your hands.
Try another exercise using a partner in a similarly lit setting. This time you will be examining your partner’s head. For this exercise to work best, your partner should be sitting with the dark part of the room as a background. Look at your partner’s head with your eyes half closed. Then open your eyes completely. Hopefully your psychic attributes will be strong enough to see a color glowing around your partner’s face. Keep trying this activity with different partners to see what the various different colors auras can be.
Another light-dark exercise you can use to help you see auras can be done without the use of a partner. You should point your hands to the dark area while sitting or standing in the lit part of the room. Half-closed eyes will show the lighting from the room surrounding your fingertips against the dark background.
Squinting and opening your eyes, as in the previous exercise should reveal your own aura. This exercise is one that you can do daily, as it does not require a partner’s assistance. Try incorporating this exercise into your meditation routine and experience a flourish in your psychic abilities.
